ERD 220i

The ERDi is an innovation that fulfils many requirements in just one industrial truck. A double-decker truck which combines ultra-compact dimensions with maximum three-sided protection and a spacious stand-on platform. Where there previously was a large and heavy battery tray, the compact lithium-ion battery modules now blend elegantly into the truck design. A pioneering concept for which Jungheinrich has received several awards. A particular highlight is the detection of the HGV's surroundings: the truck brakes automatically, making intensive ramp travel much easier on the back. In poorly lit HGV interiors, the spotlight comes on automatically, making it easier to pick up pallets. When there is a lot of activity in the transshipment warehouse, the ERDi with its ultra-compact dimensions takes up very little space, while at the same time it keeps operators safely protected. The ERDi can pick up two pallets stacked one on top of the other, reaching racking heights of up to 3,760 mm thanks to its triplex mast – greater performance is impossible.
